• a social services agency; or

• a referral agency.

Eligibility

Photo and Media Release

By attending a SafieXchange event or participating in a SafieXchange activity, participants acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, and other media may be captured and may be used by SafieXchange in print materials, websites, social media, presentations, promotional campaigns, and other marketing or communication materials.

Individuals who do not wish to be photographed or recorded are encouraged to notify a SafieXchange representative before or during the event. SafieXchange will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests where practical.

SafieXchange does not provide compensation for the use of photographs, video, or other media captured during participation in its events or activities.

Business and Host Participation

Businesses, organizations, and hosts may participate in SafieXchange programs, events, marketing opportunities, educational experiences, and other services, which may include paid participation.

SafieXchange reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• approve or decline participation;

• suspend participation;

• terminate participation;

• remove businesses, organizations, or hosts;

• modify participation requirements;

• cancel events or opportunities;

• discontinue services or offerings; and

• refuse future participation.

Participation with SafieXchange does not create a partnership, agency, employment, joint venture, or franchise relationship.

Any fees, participation agreements, sponsorship arrangements, or business services offered by SafieXchange may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

Payments and Refunds

Fees paid to SafieXchange for participation, sponsorships, events, marketing opportunities, or other services may be eligible for refunds at the sole discretion of SafieXchange.

Refund decisions may consider:

• timing of cancellation;

• contractual obligations; and

• other relevant circumstances.

SafieXchange reserves the right to establish additional payment, cancellation, and refund terms for specific programs, events, or business services.

• graphics;

• photographs;

• marketing content,
